Submittal Deadlines

• Permits may be submitted in person or via email at planning@butnernc.org
• Planning Board Applications for a Map (Rezoning) Amendment, Text Amendment, Conditional District Classification, or Major Subdivision Preliminary Plat are due six (6) weeks before the date of the Planning Board (second Thursday of the month).
• Board of Adjustment Applications for a Special Use Permit or Variance are due six (6) weeks before the date of the Board of Adjustment (fourth Thursday of the month).
