Town of Butner Recognizes David Bullard for Volunteer Service

Butner, N.C., (Dec. 1, 2023) – On Wednesday, Nov. 29, Mayor Terry Turner of Butner officially recognized Mr. David Bullard on behalf of the Town for his many years of volunteer service in sound production.
