Criminal Investigations Unit (CIU)
The Criminal Investigations Unit (CIU) investigates felonious crimes and certain other crimes that are not resolved by patrol. The unit is responsible for evidence collection and processing. They also participate in crime prevention programs such as the local Community Watch group and Crime Stoppers.
