Winter Inspired Charcuterie Board Workshop

The Town of Butner and Plumpeez Deli will host a Winter-Inspired Charcuterie Board Workshop on Saturday, January 6, 2024, at Butner Town Hall, located at 415 Central Avenue. Participants will learn how to create a gorgeous, inspired, and delicious board that guests will absolutely love! This class is perfect for a girls' night out, birthday celebration, a date, or just to learn a new skill! Each creation and board is yours to keep and will serve 1-2 people.

Here are a few things that you will learn:

• How to choose charcuterie and cheeses

• How to build a board - learn tips and ideas on board aesthetics and placement techniques

• Food pairing recommendations, safe food handling, and more!
