Butner Athletic Park Reservations

Prior to use of the facility, a completed application and signed rules are required. To use the fields and meeting room, please contact the Parks and Recreation Department at (919) 575-3032.

Payment

Reservations are not guaranteed until all forms and payment are received. Payments may be hand delivered or sent by mail. We accept cash and check (and any other method as approved by the Finance Department).

*To deliver by mail, please send all forms and method(s) of payment to: Town of Butner, Suite A, Butner, NC 27509. Please indicate date(s) and team name on memo line.

Batting Cages

Use of the batting cages does not require a reservation. However, if teams are using the fields, they receive priority use of the cages. Nets are removed during the winter when the fields are closed. There is no fee charged for use of batting cages.

Monitored Use of Facility

Butner Public Safety is informed each week of who has reserved and paid for use of the facility. Using the facility without approval by Parks and Recreation staff is subject to enforcement by Butner Public Safety and Town staff.

Butner Athletic Park is a pet-free, smoke-free facility.
